Mudjunkie

Based out of the Triad in North Carolina, Mudjunkies roots run to Virginia, Illinois, and with the addition of their new bassist, all the way to New York. Originally formed in 2002, this newly revamped fab five are driving audiences crazy with their original songs. Mudjunkie are five guys and no gimmicks - just straight up innovative modern rock that's poised to storm the music world with its rich, dueling guitars and heavy, melodic undertones. The band is currently recording tracks for their upcoming self titled CD Featuring: The Fleetwood Mac classic Dreams, Black & White,Just Laid Down, Coming Down, Over Me, Holding On, Want, Change, and Turn you On. Mudjunkie are also writing new songs and filling their calendar with show dates. It's hard not to get a crowd reaction if the band is focused, even if there are 2 people or 200 or 2000. Their live shows have already secured a strong NC area following and they've now embarked on spreading their fan base further.
